As a result not only were customer service and productivity levels increased, but the whole ethos of the company underwent a massive overhaul.

  • By implementing an overhaul of the training function and identifying, developing and implementing an effective Training & Development strategy for major international fleet hire company, we were able to align their objectives and develop people via a number of cost effective solutions. This resulted in a significant reduction in training costs and improvement in team effectiveness.

  • Audit of practice, policy and procedure in anticipation and response to the Disability Discrimination Act and the duties under the Race Relations Amendment Act.  Development of action plans to support local authorities develop their practice to embrace inclusion.

  • In preparation for Audit Commissions inspections we have supported local authorities to prepare self assessments and undertaken interview preparation (including mock interviewing) with elected members through to first line officers.

  • Contracted by the Welsh Assembly Government to advise small businesses on their employment practices, this involves detailed work on contracts of employment, recruitment and selection, discipline and grievance, training and development, sickness and absence.
