Kate Wootton FCIPD

Kate worked with major corporations within the retail, automotive and manufacturing fields as Head of Learning and Development, Management Development Manager and Training Manager for over 15 years. In 2003 she set up her own business as Management Consultant and has since worked with many international businesses.

Kate is an accomplished coach/facilitator and change manager having worked with all levels of management and employees ensuring they reach their full potential.

She brings measurable and lasting improvements to businesses by enabling individuals and teams to deliver their operational strategy, meet customer service objectives and deliver results.

She has an ability to see the ‘bigger picture’ with a reputation amongst clients for problem solving by thinking ‘outside the box’ and adding value to the business through a pragmatic approach.

Kate has worked extensively with people in the areas of self awareness, performance management, assertiveness, conflict management and change management.

Amongst other projects, she has recently worked as Lead Trainer on a major change programme within the UK government. In this role project management, training and facilitation skills were all widely used.  

Kate delivers training including the following programmes: Leadership and Life, Leadership for Team Leaders, Effective Management Controls, Impact and Influence, Interpersonal Skills, Team building, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving disciplines and Change Management.

Kate is Myers Briggs and Self Deployment Inventory qualified and is certified to use various organisational behavioural methodologies.

Phill O’Brien

Phill has been involved in supporting organisations to implement major legislative developments impacting on disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender and age equality in the past 10 years.  Phill has also developed considerable experience supporting public and voluntary sector bodies prepare for regulatory inspections.
